1. What happens after I submit a request?
After you submit your request, the host has 48 hours to review it and respond. They may ask for more information before accepting or declining.
2. When do I pay?
Payment is typically due after the host accepts your request. The payment breakdown shows what is due, when it is due, and who collects each amount.
3. What booking fees does Coliving.com charge?
Coliving.com does not impose booking fees on residents. Our platform is free to use for those seeking coliving accommodations.
4. What about the security deposit?
If the host asks for a security deposit, it is not a booking deposit and does not lock in the booking. It protects the host against damage, missed payments, or other losses. The payment breakdown shows whether Coliving.com collects it for the host or you pay it directly to the host before move-in. Any remaining amount is refunded after you move out according to the host policy.
5. What if I regret my booking?
If you decide to cancel your booking before payment is made, you may do so without incurring any fees. Once payment has been made, the Cancellation Policy will apply.

Cancel up to 30 days before move-in to receive a refund of 100% of the first month's rent.
