The house is conveniently situated on flat terrain, making it easy to reach the train station and city center on foot or by bike along the Odet (10-minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes by bike). Free parking is available in front of the house, and the area is easily accessible from outside Quimper. A bus network is located in front of the house.
A very beautiful towpath along the Odet River is right in front of the house, providing a pleasant route for walking to the city center or for running for those who are more athletic.
